Terms of use

Span is private software owned and operated by Span Forging Pvt Ltd for its own directors and staff. It is not offered to the public, no account can be created on it, and no payment is taken through it.

The people who use it agree to use it only for the company's business and to keep what they see in it, which includes customer orders and prices, confidential.

The software is provided as it stands, with no warranty. Figures it produces are working numbers drawn from documents customers sent, and a person checks them before they are acted on or sent to anyone outside the company.
